Terms of Service

Last updated: April 8, 2026

By using Armorer, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain language and won't take long.

1. What Armorer Is

Armorer is a firearm maintenance tracking application that helps you log round counts, track maintenance intervals, and manage service history for firearms and accessories you own. It is developed and operated by USA Carry.

Armorer is a record-keeping tool only. It does not facilitate the purchase, sale, or transfer of firearms. All firearms tracked in the app must be legally owned by the user in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Armorer. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that your use of the app complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Choose a strong, unique password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you use Sign In with Apple, your authentication is managed by Apple and subject to their terms in addition to ours.

Important: Your password is used to derive the encryption key for your serial numbers. If you forget your password and reset it, encrypted serial number data cannot be recovered. This is a feature, not a bug — it means we cannot access your serial numbers either.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Armorer only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

5. Subscription and Billing

Armorer offers a free tier with limited features and a paid subscription with full access. Subscription pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

6. Your Data

You own your data. We don't claim any rights to the information you enter into Armorer. You can export your data at any time and delete your account and all associated data permanently at any time through the app.

See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and zero-knowledge encryption for serial numbers. However, no system is perfectly secure. You use Armorer at your own risk and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Armorer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Armorer is a record-keeping tool and is not a substitute for compliance with applicable firearm laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your ownership and use of any firearm complies with all applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USA Carry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Armorer, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Armorer shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update Armorer and these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Armorer after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to discontinue Armorer with reasonable notice. In such an event, we will provide a data export mechanism so you can retrieve your data before discontinuation.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
